We had a very serious server issue in our office due to multiple power failures over a weekend. We called Hyos on Monday morning as soon as we discovered the problem and they had a team working on it by 9 am. When our internet service was finally restored we also learned that there were corrupted files that got into our network and caused more damage and loss of important data we needed to begin our business day. Henry Sale and his team saved us literally. Both of our backup systems failed but their team was able to recover our lost data and get us back up and operating. Henry was on the phone with me at 11 pm that evening. We have nothing but good things to say about this company and the experience they have. Excellent choice for us.
