Basic Diagnostic: Identify the problems in your computer and give you recommendations for repair. Diagnostic fee is waived if requested services exceed $49.99 $57.50

Pick Up and Drop off: We will come to your home or business, take your computer and bring it to the store for repair. When the job is done we’ll bring it back to you. (Rate applies to “ready to pick-up” systems only, additional charges apply if you need us to disconnect and reconnect your PC).

Liquid damage/drink spillage: Affected parts will need to dry out for at least 24 hours. It’s likely that some parts might need replacing after an accident like this, particularly the keyboard. HYOS can’t guarantee that the system will work; if it cannot be repaired, we will give you a 25% discount off of the service price.

Hourly Rates

In-Shop Service - $135/hr

When you drop off your computer, all we need is the “box”. In most cases, we do not need the monitor, keyboard, mouse, or any cords during the repair. For laptop repairs, please also bring the power cord. Minimum charge of 1 hour for any IT tasks performed.

On Site Service Call - $205/1st hour

On Site Visit for the first hour is $205; our regular hourly rate applies after the first hour. 1 hour minimum charge.

On-site appointments require someone 18 years or older to be present.

Remote IT Support - $67.50/half hr

$67.50/half hour – If your computer has high speed internet, can still open a browser and see this site, we can usually fix it remotely. If you need help setting up your computer for remote connections let us know and we will guide you through it.

Normal hours of operation are:

9:00 A.M. – 500 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday. (Tasks requirements outside theses business hours will have an extra charge of 30% more, on the hourly rate, unless previously scheduled by HYOS.)

Regarding the Remote IT Support: Please note that some problems require in-shop repair, during the consultation we will advise you what is needed. The half hour charge is also the minimum charge. After a half hour, billing is calculated in 15 minute increments rounded up.
