Normal hours of operation are:
9:00 A.M. – 500 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday. (Tasks requirements outside theses business hours will have an extra charge of 30% more, on the hourly rate, unless previously scheduled by HYOS.)
Regarding the Remote IT Support: Please note that some problems require in-shop repair, during the consultation we will advise you what is needed. The half hour charge is also the minimum charge. After a half hour, billing is calculated in 15 minute increments rounded up.
